Responsibilities

Serve as a product expert, product evangelist, and the voice of the customer in a Healthcare environment.

Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies and team meetings.

Collaborate with stakeholders, PMs and designers to refine high level plans into detailed requirements for development projects.

Work cross-functionally to gather responsibilities, customer feedback, and communicate priorities.

Create mockups and prototypes to assist with development.

Analyze metrics to understand customer and product performance.
