Responsibilities
Develop and execute long-term category strategies for growth in retail and foodservice segments.
Create customer-centric product propositions and marketing concepts to enhance market share and engagement.
Manage category portfolio and collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations.
Develop Americas Zone category playbooks and communication kits.
Lead new product development aligned with global innovation processes.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement effective campaigns and promotions.

Required
Minimum 7 years experience within a marketing team working on category/brand growth management from a large fortune 500 organization in the food/cpg industry
Ability to read, write and speak in Chinese, Cantonese or Mandarin
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration
Minimum 7 years of FMCG sales/marketing experience, including 2 years in a managerial role
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with proficiency in MS Office
Ability to manage budgets, lead cross-functional teams, and drive results
Fluent in English with proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese
Preferred
MBA
Preferable to be in Southern California, but the role is open to remote candidates
