Responsibilities
Manage and oversee program objectives and support.
Conduct presentations and facilitate group capacity building.
Communicate efficiently both verbally and in writing.
Organize and maintain accurate records.
Adhere to HIPAA confidentiality policies.
Participate in workshops, trainings, and calls.
Coordinate with multiple sectors and community partners.
Complete grant reports and provide updates to Project Manager.
Support and achieve the goals of the coalition through outreach and engagement.
Manage grant guidelines and ensure scope of work completion.
Handle special projects and administrative duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor's degree in social or behavioral sciences, public health, criminal justice
Minimum one year of experience in community engagement and related services
Three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years developing, implementing community engagement programs for violence prevention activities
Must pass background check
TB test clearance
Maintain CA driver’s license
Must have automobile and proof of insurance
Preferred
Bilingual
COVID-19 vaccination card recommended
