Responsibilities
Resourcefulness, high level of collaboration, team player, communication/ability to tap into resources, drive, initiative to see a problem and solve it without being told
Ability to take into account the customer landscape, having the ITPM and product owner at nearly all agile ceremonies
Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to design, develop, and implement front-end and back-end features for the Portal platform.
Develop and maintain responsive web applications with a strong focus on user experience and usability.
Build and integrate APIs to connect front-end applications with back-end services and databases.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Follow Agile principles and Customer Experience methodologies.
Collaborate with the QA team to ensure software quality through testing and debugging.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development, bringing innovative ideas to the team.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
2-5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer (primarily Back-end), with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications
Demonstrated proficiency with React Native and AWS Cloud services
Knowledge of Java, Python, C#, or other structured or object-oriented programming languages
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline integration and test automation using Github and similar tools
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA) and mobile app deployment process is preferred
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Prior experience in projects related to government services, customer experience, or financial services is a plus
Candidates must be a US Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card status) for 3 years and be Federal Tax compliant
Preferred
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA) and mobile app deployment process is preferred
