Responsibilities
Develop high-fidelity user interfaces and user experience designs across desktop and mobile
Collaborate closely with engineering, research, and product teams
Manage multiple ongoing projects & initiatives, and effectively prioritize work in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment
Help establish a culture and development processes for best in class product design and quality
Communicate and craft every detail of new product features from idea to user experience, to pixel-perfect execution

Required
7 years of experience as a UI/UX designer with at least 3 years on consumer-facing software applications
Demonstrated portfolio of shipping amazing experiences that have made a clear and significant impact on consumer and business metrics
Excellent visual, UI, and interaction skills
Strong ability to communicate design concepts and processes to team members and stakeholders
