Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market programs for strategic solution offerings, including market & customer analysis, target segmentation, product packaging, messaging, sales plays, and marketing programs.
Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates solution offerings in the market and resonates with target customers and partners.
Content Strategy & Development: Create high-quality marketing content for whitepapers, customer success stories & studies, solution briefs, blog posts, PR, and presentations to support sales and marketing efforts.
Product Launch: Orchestrate the launch of new product offerings including internal and external communications & activities, equipping internal teams with information, and coordinating multiple contributors.
Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with necessary tools and training to effectively prospect and sell Lifecycle Services solutions, including product training content, playbooks, sales messaging, and collateral.
Demand Generation: Plan and run demand generation campaigns to drive awareness and generate leads for Lifecycle Services solutions with strategic offers through strategic partner channels and marketing channels including digital marketing, events, webinars.
Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, using insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing programs, campaigns, and initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies, achieve marketing objectives, and measure ROI.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, or equivalent degree. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 - 7 years of B2B IT product marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a market-facing / customer-facing role. Sales or business development background before migrating to marketing is a plus.
Exceptional writing skills with proven experience in positioning and messaging development. Candidate must be prepared to show examples.
Demonstrable experience in end-to-end marketing strategy, planning, program and campaign execution. Candidate must be prepared to show examples of marketing campaigns for which they had full responsibilities
Proficiency in productivity applications (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) and collaboration/CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce.com, Dynamics CRM).
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot).
Strong public speaking, comfortable presenting to large groups and executives.
Excellent interpersonal and management skills, capable of interacting with staff, cross-functional teams, and third parties.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to track and prove ROI.
