Responsibilities
Partner with leadership to produce compelling internal and external communication plans
Oversee the research and development of content to connect with clients; ex. brochures, RFPs/RFQs/RFIs, presentations, etc
Develop strategies to amplify the brand
Oversee efforts for employees to create a deeper connection to the company's purpose and culture
Plan and manage the development and implementation of social media
Work closely with various teams to develop appropriate deliverables

Required
10+ years' marketing experience in AEC or similar industry
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, PR, Journalism or similar field
Strong writing skills
Experience with leading and collaborating with a small design team
Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects
Ability to meet multiple deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work with both peers and senior members of the firm
A collaborative and team-oriented disposition; a sense of humor and grace under pressure; persistent, tactful, and enthusiastic
Sound professional judgment, strong work ethic, positive and client-focused attitude
Preferred
Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) a plus, but not required
