Cutover Project Management

Workday/ERP with Integration to Epic

Demonstrated Project Management skills

Strong meeting coordination, facilitation, and related documentation skills

Strong commitment to customer service

Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize work requirements

Ability to understand the program environment and competing priorities in conjunction with program goals

Ability to provide direction as needed to team members, other staff, and consultants

Ability to work within a complex, multi-site and multi-team environment

Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner

Ability to cooperatively and effectively work with people from various organization levels (entry-level staff to senior leadership) and build consensus through negotiation and diplomacy

Strong PC / Microsoft skills required (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio)

Bachelor’s degree required

7 or more years’ experience in operations and project management, preferably within a healthcare environment, or equivalent experience

Experience leading Epic implementation cutover processes

Preferred

PMP or other PM certification

Workday implementation experience

Masters Degree

Experience being part of an ERP migration for large hospital chain

Optime & HIM Epic Workday Implementation Project Management and Support
