Responsibilities
Supervise Program Coordinators, including performance management, hiring, and onboarding.
Guide & partner with Program Coordinators for monitoring match support and overseeing program projects.
Collaborate with Management & Leadership teams to execute strategic plans and achieve organizational goals.
Manage the strategic direction and day-to-day functions of Learn & Earn and Transition Age Youth programming & services.
Attend specific programming events and workshops to connect with matches and evaluate effectiveness.
Lead or support regional and national program initiatives that engage youth & mentors and increase awareness about youth in care.

Required
Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), a comparable degree OR work experience that demonstrates that you are skilled in providing youth-focused, trauma-informed, harm reduction, and strengths-based support
Demonstrated interpersonal and relationship-building skills and ability to give and receive feedback effectively
Effective planning, organizational, and time management skills
Excellent attention to administrative and data processing details
Initiative to drive progress towards goals independently, as well as judgment and enthusiasm for collaborating with a team
Ability to respond flexibly to an evolving program model, and enthusiasm for innovation and improvement
Preferred
Experience with database management (Salesforce is the primary database used at SLM) is preferred. Strong skills in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Suite
Experience working with youth with out-of-home experience, young people of color, and/or youth who identify as LGBTQ and/or TGNC preferred
Bilingual - fluent in Spanish and/or Haitian Creole a plus
Previous supervisory experience preferred
LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or comparable human services licensure preferred
