Responsibilities
Create innovative designs for bags and accessories, considering functionality, aesthetics, and user experience.
Develop detailed sketches, Illustrator renderings.
Ensure designs meet technical specifications and production requirements.
Apply expertise in cut & sew techniques to develop high-quality products.
Utilize no-sew techniques where applicable to create unique and functional designs.
Select appropriate materials such as fabrics, trims, and hardware for each project.
Conduct research on new materials and trends to incorporate into designs.
Create detailed technical packages for factories, including specifications, patterns, material lists, and assembly instructions.
Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive products.
Bring innovative ideas and solutions to the design process.

Required
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in industrial design, preferably in the fashion, accessories, or outdoor gear industries.
