Responsibilities
Create design concepts and collaborate with the team to develop them further
Generate design sketches, space planning, floor plans, elevations, and sections
Design and implement interior architectural elements
Apply knowledge of finish materials, furnishings, and construction methods
Develop FF&E design and selections
Handle Construction Administration issues and respond to RFI’s
Communicate effectively with staff and consultants internally and externally

Required
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in the interior design industry
Advanced AutoCAD skills
Proficient in Photoshop, In-Design, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
FF&E experience
Knowledge of building systems, codes, and ADA requirements
Knowledge of hospitality & commercial grade vendors and manufacturers to design
Proven ability to solve Construction Administration issues within the established design context
Strong organizational (ability to schedule & prioritize), time management, multi-tasking and supervisory skills
Excellent communication skills including written and verbal
Preferred
Revit a plus
