Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain integrations with applications such as Active Directory, Workday, Altiris, Casper, and Jira.
Configure and implement custom applications/modules within ServiceNow.
Optimize the ServiceNow data model and structures, enforcing coding standards across development teams.
Configure and engineer the ServiceNow platform with ITSM modules, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate closely with peers to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing process-level insights and managing distributed development teams.

Required
Order management experience is a MUST
Significant experience with on-premise ServiceNow implementations spanning ITSM and security/regulatory disciplines
Familiarity with ServiceNow table structures and data models
Preferred
Certifications in ITIL, ITSM, EA, JSON, API, REST, XML, SOAP, V3, and HR
