Responsibilities
Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
Data Visualization: Create visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or others to present data findings in a clear and actionable manner.
Statistical Analysis: Perform statistical analysis and modeling to support predictive analytics and data-driven decision-making.
Report Generation: Prepare and present reports that summarize findings, explain trends, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Data Quality and Integrity: Ensure data quality and integrity through validation, cleansing, and verification processes.
Business Insights: Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs and translate them into analytical solutions that address key business challenges.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Documentation: Maintain documentation of data analysis processes, methodologies, and results for future reference.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience (X years) as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong background in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, or others.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate meaningful insights.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines.
Preferred
Experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques is a plus.
