Responsibilities
Be a subject matter expert on key technology areas like AI & Data, Infrastructure & Operations, Software Development, and Cybersecurity
Develop a detailed understanding of Capital One’s tech priorities for the technologist audience and drive campaign and content strategies
Identify internal materials/processes to enhance technical accuracy and audience understanding
Translate industry trends into actionable recommendations for business objectives
Define and manage persona & messaging guides for the technologist audience
Collaborate with tech teams to surface compelling stories
Coach and advise team members to bridge knowledge gaps between technologists and marketers
Establish partnerships across cross-functional teams

Required
Bachelor’s degree
At least 5 years of experience in a technology product marketing role
At least 3 years of experience marketing to technologists
Preferred
8 or more years of experience in a technology marketing role
Experience marketing B2B enterprise technology products or services
Experience in highly cross-functional and matrixed teams
Startup experience
