Responsibilities
Investigate error codes coming from the programs.
Research and address bugs.
Work on tech debt and performance issues.
Cover the 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM Eastern Shift including one unpaid hour of lunch, on-call duties, some holidays, and month-end weekends.

Required
Must be a U.S. Citizen or GC
Comfortable working in Eastern Time Zone (09:00AM EST – 06:00 PM EST)
Experience with Perl, XML, SQL
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Financial background
Results oriented and Problem solver
Able to work flexible hours
Preferred
Knowledgeable with various version control tools, such as Git or TFS
Experience working within in-house custom-built frameworks and the ability to adapt to learning the in’s and out’s of these types of frameworks
