Responsibilities

Develop and maintain systems related to Telcordia, TIRKS, SWITCH, LFAC, SOAC, NSDB, WFA/C, WFA/DI, WFA/DO, CNM, SNAM, LEIS, MARCH, and TSEND.

Track critical dates, create circuit layout records, inventory facilities, and equipment orders.

Correct and complete service orders using tools like PAWS and FACS.

Monitor and control service order flows and inventory assignments for switching systems.

Coordinate and track installation activities for circuits and services from request to completion.

Automate service provisioning, maintenance, and dispatch functions for inside and outside technicians.

Support database administration and network topology information for signaling networks.

Develop and support planning and design engineers in loop engineering information systems.

Translate service order data into switch-provisioning messages and maintain switch memory administration systems.
