Responsibilities

Efficiently triage and prioritize software bugs reported by internal or external teams. Collaborate with development and quality assurance teams to investigate, diagnose, and resolve reported issues.

Collaborate closely, with Automotive OEMs, Tier 1, and Tier 2 entities to configure hardware units, identify and resolve issues, and work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and debug problems. Remote-screen diagnostic sessions as required are included.

Always ensure the overall good operational health and functionality of automotive hardware and peripherals.

Perform software flashing on automotive compute equipment, ensuring the correct software versions are installed according to project requirements. Coordinate hardware upgrades and modifications on test vehicles with the appropriate teams.

Develop and maintain automation scripts for flashing and testing. Document scripts for future use.

Develop and execute test plans on test benches and vehicles to assess real-world performance.

Document operation of test plans to the team. Document and communicate observed issues and feedback to relevant engineering teams. Verify quality of resolved issues.

Required
