Responsibilities

Sustain current processes to achieve greater line and parametric yields. Monitor current processes to ensure compliance with necessary parameters and provide a baseline for any necessary process enhancements.

Develop and transfer new processes to production. Provide pre-process troubleshooting, analyze outcomes, and ensure processes meet design criteria.

Write programs to test, monitor, or process wafer. Monitor test results, analyze data, and make adjustments as needed.

Responsible for equipment maintenance, selection, qualification, and characterization to ensure maximum operation.

Set up and maintain documentation and statistical process control charts on all relevant processes.

Analyze failed runs to identify process errors and recommend changes. Support company initiatives such as quality, safety, and environmental management.

Perform other duties as required.
