Responsibilities
Work on a new grant program by gathering requirements, developing project plans, and analyzing stakeholder needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage complex, large-scale projects across the enterprise.
Ensure data management by working with the data management team to build a demo site.
Keep departmental leadership informed of project status, milestone achievements, risks, and issues.
Support additional programs as needed.

Required
6-8+ Years of experience in Project Management
Hands on experience with projects that deal with multiple layers of compliance or regulatory requirements
Experience in managing complex, large-scale projects with cross-functional teams across an Enterprise
Experience with data management teams and/or familiarity with data mapping, data integration via API, data cleansing and data reconstruction practices
Experience working/presenting with high-level stakeholders including C-Suite, VPs, and SVPs
Experience managing all phases of assigned projects (i.e., initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling, and closing)
Experience with reporting risks, issues and changes affecting project schedules, scope and budget, and milestone achievements
Experience using management tools and platforms, including Smartsheet, MS Excel, Lucidchart, MS Visio and MS PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability to navigate and excel in dynamic and fast-paced environments
High energy individual with experience in environments that have ambiguity/change
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
PMP certification required
Preferred
Working in the educational domain, educational program design, or experience working with any Department of education regulatory groups/projects
Experience working with grant-based projects would be helpful
