Responsibilities

Collaborate with pharmacy and provider network teams to understand requirements and build software solutions.

Eliminate operational bottlenecks through smart software solutions.

Design and build solutions to scale data flow between systems and databases.

Build high-quality software with strong unit and integration test coverage.

Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes.

Provide coaching and mentorship to junior engineers.

Required

5+ years of Software Development experience, ideally with proficiency in Kotlin, Java, Python, or Ruby.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Experience building robust and reliable systems

Understanding of SQL DB design and query performance

Track record of troubleshooting challenging issues with minimal guidance

Demonstrated experience working in AWS

Experience working with API’s

Preferred

Experience with Kotlin and frameworks such Ktor and Micronaught

Experience with Temporal or other workflow orchestration technologies such as RabbitMQ or Kafka

Experience with AWS application load balancer and Redis cache

Experience with Postgres

Experience with ElasticSearch

Experience with Buildkite for CI/CD is a plus

Experience with AI/ML
