Handle incoming calls from customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
Build relationships with customers.
Present and explain insurance policy options based on client needs.
Support the sales team and claims processing.
Document client interactions in the customer management system.
Process customer policy change requests.

Required
Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills, both on the phone and in written communication.
Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
Problem-Solving Capabilities.

Insurance industry experience and knowledge is not required but would be a greater benefit relating to customers in the beginning for this position.
