Develop and optimize femtosecond laser processes for manufacturing operations.
Define, develop, and establish processes for operating advanced laser equipment.
Document processes, write technical work instructions, train personnel, and maintain equipment.

Required
4-year degree in engineering or related field of science
2 to 5 years of manufacturing and CAD (Solidworks)/CAM (ESPRIT) software experience
