Responsibilities
Reading printed PDF files and handwritten documents out loud.
Scanning documents such as medical records and letters to the computer.
Filling out forms (ex. referral forms, intake forms, or any other necessary forms).
Filing and organizing case folders and documents.
Making copies and sending facsimiles as needed.
Checking paper mail.
Assisting with submitting receipts and reading receipts.
Reviewing and verifying MRCIS documents for accuracy.
Locating required items within a case file and other items or reports as requested.
Checking cases for signatures and specific documents as indicated.
Providing transportation as needed to meetings and training sessions.

Required
Positive attitude and willingness to help.
Ability to organize tasks.
Ability to understand and follow spoken and written instructions.
Ability to read high volume of documents including medical reports in a clear speaking voice.
Efficient typing skills
Basic knowledge in MS Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred
Filing, MS Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook: 4 years
