Responsibilities

Understands the overall Intuit strategy and facilitates the creation, contributes to and drives execution of the project/program strategy

Develops a high-quality program management plan and breakdowns into manageable pieces that can be delegated or individually owned

Builds trust across teams and generates broad support for the program

Defines and implements program framework best practices, tools, and templates that embody continuous high-quality improvements

Ability to rapidly navigate new program areas, diving deep into a subject area and bubbling information back up to the right level of granularity

Required

Strong Program Management leadership experience, including 8+ years planning and leading medium-large sized programs or multiple smaller programs.

Demonstrated ability to influence at the VP level within a matrixed environment

Knowledge of SaaS technologies and demonstrated ability to collaborate with teams on complex technology programs with Agile and Scrum development methodologies, project/program framework best practices, tools, and techniques

Strong acumen in software development approach, architecture, and lifecycle

Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across teams in delivering the best outcome of programs

Business or program management education or equivalent work experience
