Responsibilities
Perform general office duties such as answering calls, managing mail, and handling office inventory.
Support Business Services, HR, Marketing, and Accounting teams with tasks like job postings, social media content curation, and blog writing.
Assist with time-reporting processing and other administrative tasks.

Required
Must love people! High-level of customer service will go a long way in this role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills
Attention to detail and follow-through a must
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Team player
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to take direction and deliver results regarding projects and deadlines
Must have or be pursuing a bachelor’s degree
