Responsibilities
Help lead internal and external creative teams
Coordinate with internal clients and stakeholders in the creative process
Operate as a liaison between creative teams and internal clients
Manage implementation of integrated marketing initiatives for internal clients
Ensure messaging integration across all channels
Oversee project workflow from scoping to execution
Maintain awareness of market segments, competitors, and company marketing plans
Secure resources for creative projects under the Account Services Director's guidance
Develop project plans, creative briefs, and manage stakeholder communications
Coordinate approvals and manage creative development processes
Establish project budgets and communicate changes to team members
Develop project status reports and manage team status meetings
Manage corporate marketing communication projects and special events
Participate in brand development or marketing project teams

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising/Mass Communications, or related field
2-3+ years of experience in marketing or agency environment
Excellent relationship management skills
Outstanding communication skills
Ability to think strategically and creatively
Cultivate innovation while driving results and having a customer focus
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Preferred
Marketing agency experience strongly preferred
Experience with workflow management software is a plus
