Responsibilities
Collaborate with the design team to translate concepts into buildable realities.
Manage all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
Secure permits and approvals from relevant authorities.
Oversee subcontractor work and ensure adherence to specifications and deadlines.
Manage project budgets and identify potential cost variances.
Foster strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed throughout the project lifecycle.
Proactively identify and resolve project challenges.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
Maintain clear and organized project documentation.

Required
5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably within the hospitality industry
A proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
The ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of construction professionals
In-depth knowledge of construction scheduling and project management softwares (e.g., BuilderTrend)
Proficiency in construction contract administration and closeout procedures
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship
A proactive and results-oriented work ethic
Experience with interpreting blueprints and utilizing SketchUp or similar 3D modeling software
