Responsibilities
Develop relationships with business partners to optimize and enhance effective business solutions.
Document current and new business processes, identify issues, and recommend maintainable solutions.
Provide solutions through gap analysis and advisement from IT management.
Perform quality assurance, testing, and review results with IT management.
Recognize and report system deficiencies.
Contribute to continuous improvement of structured techniques and standards.
Manage activities within the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Complete documentation for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.
Advise and assist end-users with system operation and use, including developing training plans.
May require evening and weekend work based on system needs.
Complete additional responsibilities and duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university
2-3 years of work experience in Business Analyst
Ability to exercise sound judgment
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Good organizational and time management skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to learn and communicate new information and processes to IT and business associates within the company
Outstanding interpersonal and listening skills
Preferred
Experience in writing queries
