Required

Significant experience developing back end APIs supporting web client applications.

Strong knowledge of backend languages and frameworks (prefer Python, Flask).

Experience designing, implementing and integrating Web APIs (e.g. REST / GraphQL).

Comfortable with asynchronous programming methodologies.

Familiar with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Redis).

Comfortable working in Linux development environment.

Strong understanding of computer security principles.

Must possess the highest level of personal integrity, value team success over individual achievement, and enjoy working on a fully remote team in a very high tech environment.

Preferred

Familiarity with modern web technologies also nice to have (e.g. HTML5, JavaScript/TypeScript).

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math is preferred.
