Responsibilities

Provide network, server, and datacenter support for both DPS and DAC.
Serve as a resource in solving high complexity problems related to Endpoint security tools, applications, software, hardware, operating systems, and networking.
Lead projects, supervise others, manage timelines, resources, personnel, and lead implementation efforts to completion.
Support and manage MS Windows systems and software for Consumer Platforms Infrastructure Operations unit, including planning, installation, configuring, scripting, deploying, patching, interfacing, and tuning Windows-based systems and software.

Handling Disaster Recovery steps for data centers that comprises of storage, compute, network and virtualization technologies. 4 Years
Handling Backup, VMWare, Windows Active Directory, Patching, Antivirus, Linux, and Cloud technologies. 4 Years
Handling Verbal and written communication to both technical and non-technical groups. 4 Years
Experience in performing server, active directory, applications, patching and data administration. 4 Years
Experience in data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery. 4 Years
Experience event monitoring 4 Years

Preferred

Handling support ServiceNow tickets. 3 Years
Experience in managing medical and directory services. 4 Years
