Responsibilities

Manage TowerIQ product portfolio by working cross functionally to ensure customer and business needs are identified and responded to.

Manage NPD (New Product Development) Process through required stages/gates including VOC.

Conduct product and application training for Regional Sales Managers (RSM’s), Engineered Systems Distributors (ESD’s) and Radio System Integrators to develop product knowledge to achieve desired growth.

Participate in meetings with ESD’s, Radio System Integrators, Engineers and AHJ’s as required.

Manage forecasting, product stocking levels and procurement of accessories.

Manage marketing collateral materials – data sheets, manuals, etc.

Conducting market research and obtaining feedback from clients to improve existing products.

Write reports and liaison with the production team regarding issues, foreseeable problems, and effective solutions.

Maintaining strong professional relationships internally and with customers.

Keep up to date with new company products as well as industry/competitor trends.

Performs other duties as assigned.
