Responsibilities
Manage all deliverables of the reporting team and assign tasks to meet business priorities
Ensure the reporting team is agile, responsive, and aligned with organizational needs
Work with business representatives to determine reporting requirements
Provide technical guidance on data structures to meet reporting needs
Build optimal reporting and analytics architecture on-prem and Azure cloud
Ensure adherence to development standards and adequate testing of reports
Maintain stability and quality of the analytics platform with Power BI and Domo
Respond to production issues and drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with the data team on data layer requirements
Provide feedback to team members, encourage best practices, and lead personal growth
Work closely with team members to implement best practices
Perform other duties as assigned

Required
15+ years of experience designing and implementing Business Intelligence and analytics solutions
10+ years of experience in a technical Team Leader or Management position in Business Intelligence/Analytics, preferably on the cloud
Experience leading teams to deliver high-quality reports and analytics to meet business priorities
Report and analytics development experience (in PowerBI, Domo), as well as creating reporting data sets
Multiple years of experience working in the Azure cloud environment
Database development experience (Data Modeling, SQL)
Experience working and leading others in a fast-paced/agile development environment
Experience in direct collaboration with business representatives to understand and translate requirements
Preferred
Agile/Scrum experience a plus
