Responsibilities

Coordinate project kick-off meetings, gather requirements, and establish project timelines and milestones.

Track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders.

Develop and refine internal processes and workflows to streamline project intake, creative development, and delivery.

Implement tools and systems to improve efficiency and transparency within the creative department.

Serve as the main point of contact between the creative department and other internal teams, including global marketing, brand marketing, and sales.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between team members to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.

Conduct regular reviews of creative assets to ensure they meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and project requirements.

Provide feedback and guidance to creative team members to maintain consistency and excellence in all deliverables.

Identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions to address any issues or discrepancies.

Compiling and analyzing data on project performance, such as turnaround times, resource utilization, and client satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement.

Required

5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or a similar role, preferably in a creative or marketing environment.

Interpersonal Skills - leadership, interactions, communication, influence

Team player with excellent communication—ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Deadline-driven sense of urgency rounded out with a flexible and positive mindset.

Able to take constructive feedback and action on it in real time.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once – our work involves many moving parts.

Ability to implement and maintain well-organized systems to manage information, files, contacts, etc.

Preferred

Degree in marketing, communications, business administration, graphic design, or equivalent experience or related field
