Responsibilities

Own and lead the ongoing end-to-end efforts to understand compliance regulations and customer requirements globally
Lead cross functional coordination of all scoping activities (e.g., business requirements, cost estimation, capital appropriation request development etc.)
Engage appropriate stakeholders to interpret components of the requirements and develop processes to drive compliance to regulations/customer requirements
Identify technologies to improve operational processes, data quality, and customer compliance
Ensure all Work Instructions are aligned for operational excellence according to GxP
Augment and maintain comprehensive metrics and track issues, resolutions, contingency plans, and timelines
Serve as SME for key stakeholder partners including IT, Commercial, Customer Service, Distribution, Customers, etc.
Support global leadership team in activities related to global strategy, tactical actions, and financial management
Develop, align with business, and execute opportunities to leverage capabilities to deliver value
Keep abreast of new/existing regulations, pending regulations for other countries, and customer requirements
Lead Kenvue efforts regionally and globally with industry to influence and shape regulations
Work with Organizational Change Management and Communications team members to develop appropriate documents
Identify opportunities for value creation for the business and customers/partners; execute them as prioritized

Required

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. Specialization in supply chain with experience in data engineering, data science or advanced analytics fields is strongly preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of business experience with at least 5 years of Supply Chain, SAP or other relevant functional experience required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with at least 3 years experience in data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
Outstanding stakeholder management experience, superior influencing, and collaboration skills are required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
Strong understanding and working experience utilizing design-thinking best practices– empathy, requirements definition, ideation, prototyping, and testing to deliver digital products and experiences is required.
Ability to work with both technical and non-technical team members is required.
Strong critical thinking, with outstanding analytical, influencing, and interpersonal skills are required.
Experience working in or with a complex global organization spanning across functions is preferred.
Experience with Agile product development methodology is required. Scrum master certification and Jira boards experience preferred

Preferred

Excellent analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills (written, oral and presentation).
Proven understanding of Serialization, UDI, 2D Barcodes
Ability to develop relationships and inspire confidence and trust from internal and external partners at all levels.
Strong understanding of life sciences industry, consumer goods industry, and supply chain processes in a regulated environment.
Digital product management experience.
Strong management skills to lead and develop team members and influence others in a complex matric organization
Experience with industry standards such as GS1 (Global Standards organization)
Understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain interactions, interdependencies, and end-to-end business/IT architecture
Ability to understand the cultural and change management requirements and impact inherent in a large, complex organizational change initiative
Experience with making data-informed decisions, with concrete examples of outcomes resulting from defining and measuring success.
A bias toward action & strong will to get things done balanced by a style that effectively influences
Comfort with leading multiple projects/initiatives.
