Responsibilities
Design a scaled operating model to service strategic clients and partners with in-depth analytics and insights, while also creating scaled analytical services for the breadth of our partner portfolio.
Design, share, and execute against a global analytics strategy that motivates the team to effectively operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and helps the sales team exceed their annual operating objectives.
Directly support the revenue teams in client engagements with key clients and prospects, both in-person and virtually.
Effectively measure and maximize the impact and success of the team on customer campaign results, growth with StackAdapt, retention and satisfaction.
Investigate and select third party tools and data sources that will enhance our customer-driven analytics capabilities.
Partner closely with Client Services and Sales peers to continue building a world-class customer operating model and analytics solutions.
Partner with Product, Data Science, Revenue Strategy & Operations to identify and build the needed analytics and self-serve capabilities.
Partner with Marketing and PR teams to build case studies, industry best practices and thought leadership.
Partner with the Sales Enablement teams to drive analytical training and best practices across the Revenue organization.
Hire, train, and lead a global team of Programmatic Analysts and Reporting Specialists to effectively partner with the Revenue teams to successfully service brands, agencies, and channel partners.
Build an employee development and training program to advance the skills and competencies of our analytical talent.

Required
Experience managing and motivating global analytics teams
Experience collaborating with client services, sales teams, and partners
Clear understanding of the global programmatic advertising business
Deep expertise in analytical tools and frameworks
Ability to integrate multiple internal and external data sets
Ability to turn analytical insights into commercially driven actions
Expert level understanding of programmatic media strategies
Successful track record building scaled reporting and analytics practices
Deep understanding of implementing analytics tools for self-serve use
Deep knowledge of programmatic platforms and ecosystems
Strong understanding of global markets
Preferred
