Responsibilities

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and assigned service customers
Lead and manage all aspects of customer engagements to maintain existing relationships and grow Honeywell's presence
Implement strategic Territory Management Plans and individual Account / Opportunity Plans
Use CRM System (SFDC) for pipeline growth and accurate forecasting
Apply a consultative selling framework to improve customer conversion rate
Manage a portfolio of assigned customer accounts ranging from $2-5M
Win new customers through proactive prospecting and developing winning strategies
Establish regular meetings with customer's key stakeholders
Uncover qualified opportunities to support customer challenges through Honeywell offerings
Consistently exceed quota-carrying goals
Identify and target new migration and share of wallet opportunities with existing customers
Act as a 'quarterback' to enhance the Honeywell-to-customer rapport
Lead customers through their technological journey by understanding customer requirements and developing the appropriate Honeywell support team
Be a customer advocate within Honeywell and a Honeywell advocate with the customer

Required

10+ years in a business-to-business sales or account management role in the building automation industry
Demonstrated expertise in selling Building Automation solutions that meet customer desired outcomes
Valid Driver's License

Preferred

Bachelor's degree
Demonstrated ability selling into the Premium commercial real estate in sports and entertainment verticals via owners, engineers, and contractors
