Responsibilities
Responsible for creating and maintaining project budget with respective cost codes; code and approve invoices.
Develop and train Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers.
Ensure financial stewardship and the accuracy of owner and subcontractor billing
Review all project RFI’s and provide recommendations of options to the architect.
Develop and maintain project schedule and lead all change requests.
Proven track record of leading subcontractor project meetings.
Prepare monthly Project Status Reports (PSR’s).
Facilitate communication and coordination of subcontractors.
Support business development efforts by maintaining a positive client relationship to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure quality and drive implementation of project safety plan.
Coordinate with Superintendent and Project Engineer to ensure timely project deliverables.
Manage buy-out and project closeout processes.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in construction, architecture, or engineering related major
General Contractor experience required
Preferred
Knowledge of the construction industry practices, procedures, and market trends
Proficient understanding of Accounting Software & Reports (Jonas)
Dedicated, well-organized, able to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks
Detail-oriented, with the ability to focus on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
Able to work under pressure and maintain professionalism when faced with aggressive deadlines
Excellent oral and written communication skills, and resource management skills
Ability to interact, develop, and maintain a positive professional relationship with all team members
