Responsibilities
Provide support for planning and administration in collaboration with Agile PMO Team resources
Facilitate and administer Scrum team Agility Assessments in collaboration with Agile PMO team
Assist in maintaining artifacts within the Agile PMO playbook
Create and monitor data metrics to track progress and identify trends
Support the Director of Agile PMO in reporting data elements to various stakeholders
Ensure high profile deliverables meet business and client expectations
Escalate issues to senior leaders and managers for resolution
Champion ongoing process improvement initiatives with the Agile PMO team
Initiate and manage JIRA intake portal for new requests for scrum team dependencies
Coordinate and facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly meetings
Participate in key events focusing on team process improvement and efficiency

Required
Previous professional experience as a healthcare data analyst
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Position requires 2-4 years IT project related experience
Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PPT, TEAMS, Outlook, etc.)
Agile, Scrum and/or Lean process knowledge/experiences
Experience working with Agile Scrum Teams
Experience utilizing Agile Project Management tools (Jira, TFS, Confluence, etc.)
Preferred
Master’s degree in healthcare administration, analytics, or other IT field of study is preferred
