Responsibilities

Analyzes routine operating practices and procedures to ensure smooth office/unit operations.

Assists in drafting reports and managing the office/unit budget.

Arranges appointments, meetings, and conferences as needed.

Maintains data and filing systems for effective documentation.

Establishes and maintains contacts with practicum agencies and sites.

Assists students with practicum placements and ensures compliance with requirements.

Communicates effectively with employees, students, and practicum agency personnel.

Required

Education, training, and/or experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree.

At least three years of related work experience.

Knowledge of office operations, services, etc.

Knowledge of administrative support practices and procedures.

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of computer programs, including word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, and databases found in such products as Microsoft Office®

Intermediate to advanced knowledge in social media platforms for the MSN programs management and development.

Working knowledge of data collection.

Ability to verify the accuracy of information, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on outstanding activities.

Ability to communicate effectively with employees, students, practicum agency personnel, and the public.

Preferred

Mastery of Microsoft Office® Suite and social media platforms.
