Responsibilities
Follow procurement process from start to finish on all projects
Review specifications, floor plans, and quantity indexes prepared by interior design (ID) (as assigned)
Create matrix to verify product quantities (as assigned)
Submit RFQ (Request for Quote) to vendors (as assigned)
Prepare vendor bid analysis (as assigned)
Prepare project budgets (as assigned)
Understand project timeline
Prepare and submit Purchase Orders (POs)
Manage the fabric, finish, etc. approvals for product with vendor and ID
Prepare Expediting Reports and alert Senior Project Managers of any product that is in jeopardy of meeting a deliverable date
Participate in biweekly Project Review meeting with various stakeholders

Required
College degree in Business (preferred)
2-3 years of experience in administrative support or customer service role
Microsoft Office
Outstanding attention to details required
Analytical and logical
Solution-oriented problem solver
Finely tuned time management
Ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently achieving high standards and goals
Highly organized approach to the Procurement and Project process resulting in on time, on budget deliverables
Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written presentation skills
Ability to conduct all verbal, written, and email correspondence in professional and courteous manner
