Responsibilities
Strategically plan, document, and implement multiple construction projects within approved scope and budget.
Lead collaboration with designers, construction managers, and stakeholders to align projects with the college's vision.
Prepare Request for Qualifications and Proposals for professional services and evaluate responses.
Direct and administer design, construction, permitting, and contracts for assigned projects.
Supervise and coach direct reports, ensuring individual and team success.
Schedule and facilitate meetings, review construction schedules, permits, designs, and material reports.
Manage contract deliverables, project files, and records.
Monitor delivery and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment for projects.
Perform other duties as required.
Qualification

Required
Bachelor's degree from a regionally or nationally accredited institution in construction management, engineering, or related field.
Minimum of three years of experience in commercial or residential construction project management.
One year team lead or supervisory experience.
Valid Florida Driver’s License or the ability to obtain within 30 days of employment, with acceptable driving record.
Preferred
Progressively responsible experience in the project management field.
Experience working in educational institutions.
Experience with State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF) Guidelines.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar.
OSHA 30 safety certification.
