Required
Proficiency in using office equipment including a multi-line telephone system, Microsoft Office, copy machines, fax machines and postages machines
Knowledge of Yardi
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
Provide optimal customer service experience to residents and guests
Experience in fulfilling administrative and clerical responsibilities
Ability to greet management office guests, answer incoming calls, coordinate mail, organize files, collect rents, and support Property Manager
Passion for providing exceptional service to residents
