Perform marketing analysis for the retail/restaurant industry.
Conduct market research to gather insights.
Manage business insights and customer experience across various channels.
Design and implement customer experience efforts such as surveys and reporting.
Analyze open text feedback and survey data to provide observations.
Manage programs and third-party vendors supporting marketing efforts.
Guide methodologies and strategies for effective implementation.

Required
Retail/Restaurant industry marketing analysis experience
Experience performing market research
Business Insights/Customer Experience Management expertise across voice of the customer and voice of the employee
Ability to support the design of customer experience efforts – survey, reporting, etc.
Ability to synthesize open text feedback; analyze data received as part of survey or other forum to get input and provide observations
Program management experience - including management of 3rd party vendor that supports these efforts
Guiding methodologies and mapping how to put the pieces together
