Responsibilities

Set up customer-owned environments, create images, and establish VNets and VPN gateways.
Create and manage Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) machines based on custom images.
Set up Intune for management of VDI machines, and assign resources and resource groups in high, medium, and low security zones.
Document the DevOps environment and ensure proper access rights.
Share knowledge and provide training to team members during downtime.

Required

Azure Infrastructure: Proficiency in Azure services, virtual machines, VNets, and VPN gateways.
Security: Expertise in firewall rules and security best practices within Azure.
DevOps: Experience in documenting environments and managing access rights, familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools.
Intune and Device Management: Experience with Microsoft Intune for managing VDI machines.
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with information technology and Azure support teams.

Preferred

Relevant Azure certifications, such as Azure Solutions Architect, are preferred.
Hands-on experience in setting up and managing Azure environments for large organizations.
Proven track record in similar projects, particularly in cloud infrastructure and security.
