Responsibilities

Support Senior Management and Data Center Operations Management in identifying areas for improvement in operational efficiency and profitability.

Work with Account Executives, Solution Architects, Operations Personnel, and Finance staff.

Work closely with vendors to source cost-effective solutions as directed by technical experts throughout the company.

Support Senior Leadership decisions through in-depth operational analysis and manage a broad range of procurement activities.

Use analytical and operations knowledge to help the business make better and more informed operating decisions.

Help the CFO and operations team prepare cost justifications for large purchases (ROI).

Responsible for procurement activities including obtaining vendor quotes, ensuring product specifications are met, monitoring and managing contracts, and managing the purchasing process within the Company’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
