Responsibilities
Lead project team in analysis, design, development, testing and implementation efforts for projects to ensure project deliverables meet expectations for scope, quality, cost, timing, and business objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal team members and clients
Present and own budgets for the life cycle of the project
Ensure appropriate use of project management tools, guidelines, and methodologies
Develop, define and execute project plan, scope and deliverables. Engage in decisions that impact project scope and communicate any changes to the team and management
Identify and track issues or obstacles to the project, assess impact and execute a timely resolution

Required
3+ years of implementation/consulting project management experience
3+ years of HCM implementation experience
Ability to work fully remote and travel up to 40% as needed for client work
Preferred
A completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University
CAPM or PMP certification
3+ years of PMO experience
Experience working with UKG Pro
