Responsibilities
Assisting with organizational financial reporting related to profitability and forecasting
Creating and generating reporting packages
Performing data mining and value based business analysis
Analyzing financial results to identify trends and risks
Translating complex analysis into visualizations
Acting as main point of contact for departmental reforecast reviews and annual plans
Partnering with Operations and Supply Chain leadership on providing forecasting processes inputs, insights, and performance and cost analysis
Ensuring accuracy of bill of material cost structures for purchased and manufactured finished goods
Creating and maintaining models
Developing dashboards
Overseeing KPI maintenance
Ad hoc analysis

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
2-5 years manufacturing finance experience that includes financial analysis and reporting, budgeting, cost accounting, and P&L management
Advanced Excel proficiency
Ability to utilize data mining and reporting tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and ERP systems
Strong communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
