Responsibilities
Understand customer needs and identify interactions that should be integrated to meet those needs.
Organize interactions into user flows and digital touch-points for products.
Identify common activities across experiences for new product opportunities.
Enhance the core Human-Centered Design framework and design targeted improvements.
Develop and iterate interactive prototypes aligned with tasks, scenarios, and journeys.
Design new cross-functional patterns and standards.
Collaborate with developers, marketing, and product stakeholders on designs.
Propose design enhancements to product managers.
Communicate design decisions with industry-backed rationale.
Engage and align with multidisciplinary teams in the Customer Office.
Lead Design Thinking workshops, design sprints, and other collaborative activities.
Advocate for Human-Centered Design throughout the business.
Analyze failures in experiences and identify root causes.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement in services.
