Investigates and resolves technical issues within databases to ensure client satisfaction.

Provides guidance to less experienced personnel, offers training in data modeling techniques, and researches client data requirements.

Communicates with clients to address data-related discrepancies and errors.

Required

Five (5) or more years of Data Analyst experience.

Three (3) or more years experience in Healthcare/business knowledge in member, eligibility, TPL, claims processing, provider, pharmacy claims.

Three (3) or more years of SQL and SSIS experience.

Experience in gathering business requirements.

Experience in Healthpass.
