Responsibilities

Leading the RMIP program and RMIP team as the technical project engineering lead.

Managing the portfolio of RMIP projects while overseeing the technical project efforts, schedules/timelines, and budget allocations.

Coordinating and collaborating with the F-35 customer, program management, engineering IPTs, and various engineering leadership teams.

Leading status meetings with leadership teams, internal teams, suppliers, and the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO).

Leading the RMIP process and technical project execution cycle from triage to completion.

Developing and coordinating Basis of Estimates (BOE's).

Training and mentoring RMIP team members.

Leading and supporting technical efforts across the Engineering Project Office.

Required

Must be a US Citizen

Experience with itemized planning and prioritization of tasks

Ability to lead technical project efforts, schedules/timelines, and budget allocations

Experience coordinating and collaborating with various engineering teams and leadership

Experience leading status meetings with internal teams, suppliers, and customers

Experience leading technical project execution cycle from triage to completion

Experience developing and coordinating Basis of Estimates (BOE's)
